Mexican Actress To Play Third Spectre Bond Girl


Stephanie Sigman will play a character called Estrella in the film which has been shooting in London, Rome and Austria so far.



Daniel Craig's 007 will have a third Bond girl to contend with in his next adventure after producers confirmed Mexican actress Stephanie Sigman was joining the cast.
The 28-year-old is the latest female addition to Spectre, joining Italian actress Monica Bellucci and French star Lea Seydoux, making it a truly international cast.
The news was announced on the official James Bond Twitter account.
Further details about Sigman's role in the 24th Bond film are being kept under wraps.
Craig will reprise the role of the agent for the fourth time, alongside director Sam Mendes and returning co-stars Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Ralph Fiennes and Rory Kinnear as his MI6 colleagues.
New cast members include Andrew Scott, Christoph Waltz and Dave Bautista.
Spectre - which stands for the global terrorist organisation Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion - sees Bond uncovering the truth behind the sinister company.
The cast have been spotted filming in London, the Austrian mountains and Rome.
Sigman, who is to star in the upcoming Netflix series Narcos, is best known for roles in films such as Miss Bala and Pioneer.
Spectre will open in UK cinemas on 6 November.
